Assistant Store Manager: Full Time

– Supporting the store manager in daily workflow
– Managing daily operations, including store opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
– Ensuring customer satisfaction with a problem-solving attitude
– Hands on mentality with the ability to lead a team and work independently
– Collaborating with the warehouse department to optimise the customer experience and improve store operations
– Assist in managing inventory levels, ordering stock, and conducting stock audits
– Creation of monthly shift plans
– Manage and train employees, ensuring they meet performance targets and provide exceptional customer service
– Provide feedback to the store manager for sales, customer service, accounting, and staff performance
– Ensure that the store is always clean, organised and visually appealing
– Monitor sales performance and take corrective action as needed

Required skills and qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in retail management or supervising roles
– Ability to manage and motivate employees effectively with strong interpersonal skills
– Solid understanding of retail operations, sales and people management
– Great organisational skills
– Customer-focused approach and ability to work well under pressure
– Hands on mentality
– Excellent analytical capabilities to create and analyse reports and sales statistics
– Good knowledge in Google Sheets, Excel & Shopify

Sales Advisor: 24h/ Week

– Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and provide excellent customer service
– Strong understanding of current trends and our brands
– Drive sales results throughout building and maintaining a strong client portfolio
– Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation
– Handle customer complaints, seek assistance where necessary, ensure issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company
– Direct communication with the warehouse
– Be aware of sales targets and using appropriate sales techniques to ensure they are met
– Opening & closing of the Store

Required skills and qualifications:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

Customer Service Assistant: Full Time

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
– Provide accurate information about products, services and policies
– Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when needed
– Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and managing accounts
– Cross-sell and upsell products and services when appropriate
– Collaborate with warehouse team to handle stock and inventory tasks

Required skills and qualifications:
– Fluent in English and German
– Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

E-Commerce Internship (3-6 months): Full Time

– Assist in the day-to-day operation of our e-commerce platforms in collaboration with other departments (e.g. product activation, visual merchandising, editorial publishing, etc.)
– Support the team in uploading new products, updating existing listings, and ensuring all product information is correct
– Help optimise content for digital communications, including newsletters, social media, and paid advertisements
– Assist with fixing minor technical issues on our e-commerce platforms
– Support the CS team in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues

Required skills and qualifications:
– Strong interest in e-commerce and online fashion retail
– Basic knowledge and experience with e-commerce platforms and ERP is beneficial, but not required
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
– Ability to manage and organise multiple tasks and projects
– Willingness to learn how to troubleshoot problems and solve them effectively
– Ability to work well with others and contribute to a collaborative environment
– Familiarity with office tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, InDesign)
– Previous internship or work experience in a related field is beneficial, but not required
