To mark the launch of the ”Coming Up Roses” collection by Martine Rose for Clarks, four collaborative silhouettes were re-designed: The Oxford, The Loafer, The Sandal, and Torhill Hi. These shoes exude a playful flair, featuring snake prints and pillow-like silhouettes.
As Clarks' inaugural guest creative director, Martine Rose was drawn to the brand’s ongoing commitment to comfort and aimed to elevate it even further. Imagery and installations reflect a dreamlike experience,
symbolised by beds representing the sensation of floating on a cloud.
Reminiscent of the early Clarks adverts from the 80s – very retro but also extra fabulous! Fun and unconventional elements such as music posters, photo collages, mirrors, diaries and TVs with antenna reference the kitsch decor and wallpaper of a motel room.
On Friday evening, Voo Store welcomed Martine Rose and Clarks to Berlin with a pop-up installation at Voo Space.
The Coming Up Roses pop-up store in the Voo Space will be open to public from February 17th to February 25th, 2024. The pop-up will operate as same hours as Voo Store, Monday to Saturday, from 11.00 CET to 19.00 CET.
