With its Sports Research Lab series, Nike introduces a performance based capsule collection specifically designed for athletes. Based on the lab’s 40-year history of research and a wide compilation of reviews and statistics, the collection focuses on optimising the runners’ experience through garment technology and innovation.
By finding solutions to the athletes’ most common performance problems in cold weather - temperature regulation and visibility in low-light conditions - Nike Sports Research Lab is giving a glimpse into future possibilities of collaborating and listening to the athlete’s voices.
The collection includes long sleeves and transformable jackets, running tights and trousers, a unisex bomber jacket and logo print T-shirt. Each piece is designed with the runner’s needs in mind, showcasing features like packability, variability and visibility.
