– Conducting workforce planning
– Organising employee recruitment
– Addressing international HR issues, including visa and work permit requirements
– Establishing compensation systems and guidelines
– Developing performance appraisal systems
– Promoting company culture

Required skills and qualifications
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
– Fluent in English and German
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– High level of integrity to handle sensitive and confidential information
– Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
– Expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and interviewing to onboarding
– Knowledge in handling employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts

Sales Advisor: Full Time

– Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and provide excellent customer service
– Strong understanding of current trends and our brands
– Drive sales results throughout building and maintaining a strong client portfolio
–Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation
– Handle customer complaints, seek assistance where necessary, ensure issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company
– Direct communication with the warehouse
– Be aware of sales targets and using appropriate sales techniques to ensure they are met
– Opening & closing of the Store

Required skills and qualifications
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
– Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
– Strong understanding of our brands, trends & perfect product knowledge
– Maintaining excellent customer service
– Motivated by being a team player with a common goal
