Required skills and qualifications:

— 4 years of experience in retail management or supervising roles
— Ability to manage and motivate employees effectively, with strong interpersonal skills
— Solid understanding of retail operations, sales and people management
— Great organisational skills
— Customer-focused approach and ability to work well under pressure
— Clear hands-on mentality
— Excellent analytical capabilities to create and analyse reports and sales statistics
— Good knowledge in Google Sheets, Excel & Shopify

— Assist the Visual Merchandising / Styling Manager in the design and implementation of in-store visual standards, concepts and campaigns
— Ensure that new products are placed on the shop floor in a timely manner within visual guidelines
