General Manager: Full Time
— Lead day-to-day business operations and optimize performance across all departments, setting priorities and making sure everything flows smoothly and stays aligned with our goals
— Oversee financial planning, including budgeting, cash flow management, and resource allocation in collaboration with the other departments
— Improving financial plans and internal processes, contributing to growth strategies, and advising company leadership on key financial and operational decisions
— Manage KPIs and reporting, providing insights to leadership on business health, risks, and opportunities
— Represent the company in external relationships with service providers, financial partners, and key collaborators (e.g., tax advisors, external auditors, logistics, etc.)
— Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining internal controls
— Ensure that Voo’s customer experience, brand integrity, and values are consistently upheld across all touchpoints
Required skills and qualifications:
— Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior finance or GM role, ideally within fashion, retail, or e-commerce
— Fluent in both English and German
— Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
— Strong understanding of financial reports, accounting principles, business operations, and strategic planning
— Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, conduct forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
— Knowledge of corporate tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimise tax strategies
— Experience managing cross-functional teams and scaling businesses
— Ability to manage costs effectively, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
— Strong decision-making skills, particularly in high-stakes financial scenarios
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly present financial information to stakeholders, including non-financial managers

Sales Advisor: Full Time
— Drive sales results throughout building and maintaining a strong client portfolio
— Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation
— Handle customer complaints, seek assistance where necessary, ensure issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company
— Collaborating with the warehouse department to optimise the customer experience and improve store operations
— Be aware of sales targets and using appropriate sales techniques to ensure they are met
— Managing daily operations, including store opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management

Visual Merchandising Internship (Student): FULL TIME
— Assist the Visual Merchandising / Styling Manager in the design and implementation of in-store visual standards, concepts and campaigns
— Ensure that new products are placed on the shop floor in a timely manner within visual guidelines
— Assist with key product launches, product levels and sell-throughs
— Unpacking, hanging, steaming and organising clothes, shoes and accessories
— Packing of products to be sent to the warehouse
— Ensure mannequins, tables and jewellery cabinet are refreshed as required
— Assist in the preparation of products to be shot in the studio
— Develop product knowledge of store merchandise
— Keep up to date with current seasonal trends
