Celebrating 11 years of Fashion fun.
Voo Store is celebrating 11 years of fashion fun with a grand birthday party on Saturday November 13th. Staying local and just across Voo Store, the iconic cult space SO36 will host this year’s Voo anniversary celebration, honouring not only Voo Store but also the shared cultural and social link to the Kreuzberg district and the queer community in Berlin.
The line-up includes a live act by New York artist JEURU and Dj sets by Berlin-based artists Mikey Woodbridge & Lucio Vidal, Spencer Parker and Luigi Di Venere starting at 10pm.
Originally from New York, JEURU is a Copenhagen based singer/songwriter blending Trip-Hop with Electronic Soul and Alternative RnB. His latest release features an electric mix of his signature musical style, fashion and dance, making JEURU an exciting newcomer to watch.
Mikey Woodbridge feat. Lucio Vidal
Multi-disciplinary artists and performers Mikey Woodbridge and Lucio Vidal join forces with a hybrid DJ set incorporating dance with showgirl elements.
London-born, Berlin-based DJ and producer Spencer Parker masterfully straddling a heady mix of house, techno and disco that has seen him become a regular at legendary spots like Berghain/Panorama Bar and Concrete.
The Italian-born, Berlin-based DJ Luigi de Venere is known for his explosive sets with a wide range of balearic and cosmic soundscapes. Inspired by the rave scene of the early nineties, he is creating a unique dancefloor atmosphere that made him a resident of the infamous Cocktail d'Amore, Phonica Records and a regular at Panorama Bar.
Tickets are now available for sale online and in-store from today, November 8th with all proceeds being donated to the anti-discriminatory and queer-feminist organisation LesMigras in Berlin.
