General Manager: Full Time

— Lead day-to-day business operations and optimize performance across all departments, setting priorities and making sure everything flows smoothly and stays aligned with our goals
— Oversee financial planning, including budgeting, cash flow management, and resource allocation in collaboration with the other departments
— Improving financial plans and internal processes, contributing to growth strategies, and advising company leadership on key financial and operational decisions
— Manage KPIs and reporting, providing insights to leadership on business health, risks, and opportunities
— Represent the company in external relationships with service providers, financial partners, and key collaborators (e.g., tax advisors, external auditors, logistics, etc.)
— Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining internal controls
— Ensure that Voo’s customer experience, brand integrity, and values are consistently upheld across all touchpoints

Required skills and qualifications:

— Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior finance or GM role, ideally within fashion, retail, or e-commerce
— Fluent in both English and German
— Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
— Strong understanding of financial reports,  accounting principles, business operations, and strategic planning
— Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, conduct forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
— Knowledge of corporate tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimise tax strategies
— Experience managing cross-functional teams and scaling businesses
— Ability to manage costs effectively, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
— Strong decision-making skills, particularly in high-stakes financial scenarios
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly present financial information to stakeholders, including non-financial managers

Visual Merchandising Intern (Student): Full Time (3-6 months)

— Assist the Visual Merchandising Manager in designing and implement in-store execution of visual standards, concepts and campaigns
— Ensure new products are placed on the shop floor within visual guidelines in a timely manner
— Unpack, hang, steam and organise products
— Replenish all products within the shop floor
— Keep up to date with current seasonal trends

— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
— Creative understanding and the ability to translate this into practical solutions
— Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
— Superb organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
— Strong eye for aesthetics
