HR Specialist: 16h/Week

— Conducting workforce planning
— Organising employee recruitment
— Addressing international HR issues, including visa and work permit requirements
— Establishing compensation systems and guidelines
— Developing performance appraisal systems
— Promoting company culture

Required skills and qualifications:

— Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
— Fluent in English and German
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
— High level of integrity to handle sensitive and confidential information
— Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
— Expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and interviewing to onboarding
— Knowledge in handling employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts
