General Manager: Full Time

— Lead day-to-day business operations and optimize performance across all departments, setting priorities and making sure everything flows smoothly and stays aligned with our goals
— Oversee financial planning, including budgeting, cash flow management, and resource allocation in collaboration with the other departments
— Improving financial plans and internal processes, contributing to growth strategies, and advising company leadership on key financial and operational decisions
— Manage KPIs and reporting, providing insights to leadership on business health, risks, and opportunities
— Represent the company in external relationships with service providers, financial partners, and key collaborators (e.g., tax advisors, external auditors, logistics, etc.)
— Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining internal controls
— Ensure that Voo’s customer experience, brand integrity, and values are consistently upheld across all touchpoints

Required skills and qualifications:

— Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior finance or GM role, ideally within fashion, retail, or e-commerce
— Fluent in both English and German
— Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
— Strong understanding of financial reports,  accounting principles, business operations, and strategic planning
— Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, conduct forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
— Knowledge of corporate tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimise tax strategies
— Experience managing cross-functional teams and scaling businesses
— Ability to manage costs effectively, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
— Strong decision-making skills, particularly in high-stakes financial scenarios
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly present financial information to stakeholders, including non-financial managers

Sales Advisor: Full Time

— Drive sales results throughout building and maintaining a strong client portfolio
— Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation
— Handle customer complaints, seek assistance where necessary, ensure issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company
— Collaborating with the warehouse department to optimise the customer experience and improve store operations
— Be aware of sales targets and using appropriate sales techniques to ensure they are met
— Managing daily operations, including store opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management

Required skills and qualifications:

— Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
— Fluent in English and ideally in German
— Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
— Strong understanding of trends, brand portfolio & our identity
— Motivated by being a team player with a common goal

Content & Visual Communications Creator: PART TIME

— Creation of Social media posts, short reels, and newsletter contents for the week
— Daily Posting of the Social media that reflects our brand and engages our audience
— Attending brand events and Voo store visits, capturing and posting stories in real-time
— Taking photos and short videos to develop content for weekly plan
— Developing graphic content by using Photoshop to create product grids or resizing images
— Design campaign visuals: posters, flyers, invitations, event materials, window graphics, etc
— Ensure smooth communication between teams by routing incoming feedback (ie. social media complaints) to the responsible department
— Working closely with our Marketing team, providing weekly reports, working with the team on marketing plan and developing content ideas
— Contributing to building a strong visual identity for the brand through consistent, high-quality content

Required skills and qualifications:

— A portfolio showcasing your relevant work is a required part of the application process
— Experience in content creation, social media management and graphic design
— Strong eye for aesthetics and brand consistency
— Solid understanding of Social media content, reels, and storytelling
— Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
— Photographing and editing of visual content skills
— A creative mindset with the ability to produce and pitch new content ideas regularly
— Berlin based and able to attend brand-related events (outside regular working hours)
