—Assist in the day-to-day operation of our e-commerce platforms in collaboration with other departments (e.g. product activation, visual merchandising, editorial publishing, etc.)
—Support the team in uploading new products, updating existing listings, and ensuring all product information is correct
—Help optimise content for digital communications, including newsletters, social media, and paid advertisements
—Assist with fixing minor technical issues on our e-commerce platforms
—Support the CS team in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues

Required skills and qualifications:

—Strong interest in e-commerce and online fashion retail
—Basic knowledge and experience with e-commerce platforms and ERP is beneficial, but not required
—Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
—Ability to manage and organise multiple tasks and projects
—Willingness to learn how to troubleshoot problems and solve them effectively
—Ability to work well with others and contribute to a collaborative environment
—Familiarity with office tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, InDesign)
—Previous internship or work experience in a related field is beneficial, but not required
